IT Service Delivery Manager Required in Dubai

Charterhouse are currently managing a search, for a flagship UAE business who are looking to hire a Senior IT Delivery Manager to join their offices in Dubai. This business management role will cultivate and nurture business relationships with the internal customers at C-Level and department heads, to align the overall IT business strategy and understand customer needs to ensure the smooth delivery of all IT products and services to the business.

The Senior IT Delivery Manager will establish appropriate cost-effective IT and application strategies over a 3-5 years’ timeframe for each business units and support its growth plans. In conjunction, this role will develop and maintain working relationships with CXOs and departments heads through regular direct interactions, whilst acting as the single point of contact for all IT related matters on the business.

You will provide strategic direction to business alignment, software engineering and support teams in defining and delivery of annual work programmes. Additionally, you will monitor and review key business cases for all major investments to ensure they are cost effective.

This senior management role will ensure that service level objectives are agreed with the business for all relevant services, as well as conducting regular reviews to ensure performance against service levels.

The client will look to recruit a Senior IT professional, whom is able to demonstrate a sustained track record with an international or blue-chip organisation, and has experience of managing and delivering strategic IT Service solutions across multiple departments within a large-scale business. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years IT Delivery / Service experience and hold a Degree or Honours in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
