On a daily level, your job is likely to include:
Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
Answering any technical questions the client might have
Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generates IT (information technology) sales and business, develops relationships with new and existing clients, makes sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, and establishes and meets sales goals.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements through the use of DXBME IT services.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
At least three (3) years of IT sales experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of SAAS products like – Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo etc. is a plus
UAE Driving license
