To manage HR related duties for IT outsource staff and in house resources.
Having 10 years of experience in UAE labor law and IT outsourcing.
Screen Technical CV's and matching with key words from JD.
Also being a bridge between the client and potential resource.
Understanding the client requirements and mapping with right candidates.
To Align with customers and prepare HR time sheets for Outsourced candidates to process month end remuneration.
Timely submission of monthly invoices to clients.
Good communication, written and presentation skills in English.
Prefer immediate joining.
Having experience in managing Job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc..
