A well-known multi-channel retail group in the Middle East

Job Description:

Install and configure Windows OS/Office applications.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/ issues
Coordinate with vendors, and accomplish activities and tasks assigned
Support all IT related issues in the office
Manage inventories and documentations

Qualifications:

At least 2 years UAE experience in the similar role
Good knowledge in troubleshooting windows and networking
Experience in Outlook office 365, Word, Excel and basic firewall knowledge are highly preferred
