JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company is looking for a versatile and dynamic Marketing & IT manager who has a strong grip in both IT & Marketing skills.

The chosen candidate is expected to:

Have an experience of at least 2 or more years in the field of digital marketing

Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and social media strategy

Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

Well versed with Paid Social Media Ad Campaign Management (incl. FB, Instagram, Google Ads)

Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)

Be proficient in data analysis and forecasting social media metrics (campaign results, conversion rates, online traffic etc) to help shape future marketing strategies

Supervise and work within the marketing budget to generate optimum results in form of revenue

Understand the nuances of project management

Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Installing or upgrading components

Setting up software

Assisting with network administration

Resolving all IT support issues

In-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies
Be a team player

Be proactive in coming up with solutions to grow the company

Proficient in CRM softwares (preferably Zoho)
