We are based in JLT/DMCC and are installed in Dubai since more than 10 years as a software development company and technical support.

We are looking for an IT technician for;
• Monitoring and tracking remotely some equipment and applications of our Belgium teleport
• For giving client, who are all over Africa, Europe and Middle East technical support level-1 and Level-2
• To be on duty in case of incident (will be explained)
A training will be given, obviously for the control of some part of the platform and for the client technical support.
The job offered is for a presence Monday to Friday in our office JLT- why Monday to Friday, because we are working at 90% with client in Europe and Africa.

The presence will be also twice a month Sunday to Friday.

The skill needs to be the following:
• Very good in English (French in addition will be a plus)
• Already a very good experience on the phone support
• Already a good experience in resolving for client and with the client technical problem over the phone and e-mail.
• Very good Experience in the IT computer and LAN network, IP network, router, Wi-Fi, Mikrotik
• Experience in the telecommunication, mainly in Vsat
• The favor will be given to a person who already worked in the past for an internet satellite teleport / internet satellite operator, satellite service provider
