IT & Logistics Assistant are responsible for:

Loading, unloading, preparing, cleaning, and operating a vehicle for delivery duties.

Following routes and time schedule.

Setting up peripherals such as printers, keyboards, routers, card machines, and other smart devices and ensure that they are both functional and secure.
Checking the company’s network and software for errors, repair malfunctioning peripherals, and help colleagues troubleshoot problems.
To answer calls and emails regarding technological problems, to resolve field emergencies and train the employees in using the company’s software.
Keeping IT records such as network configurations, peripheral specifications, problems and solutions, software accounts, etc.
