IT Infrastructure Manager Required in Dubai

My global client is seeking a IT professional with min. 8 years of experience across systems, network, security, and help desk. The company is a global leader in customer services, where you will be leading IT operations for the UAE, coordinating with regional teams, developing the IT infrastructure, and supporting both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Technical Support/ IT Support to the users of the organization and Clients.

- Provide Helpdesk Support for the Windows and Mac users.

- Manage day to day IT operation for the Organization.

- Familiar with Various technical platform like Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Microsoft, Linux, MacOS etc.

- Design/ Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot various Network Devices like Switches, Routers, Firewall, Wireless Network Controller, Wi‐Fi Access Points, Network Video Recorder ( NVR), IP cameras, CCTV, UPS…etc.

- Design/ Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot various Server Operating System like Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Linux, MacOS….etc.

- Design/ Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot various Virtualization platform Like VMware, Hyper V...etc.

- Design/ Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot various Database platform like Microsoft SQL, My SQL, Oracle…etc.

- Design/ Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot various Cloud & DevOps platform Like Microsoft Azure, AWS…etc.

- Design/ Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot various Load balancing Platform Like F5, Pulse Secure, Brocade, Azure Traffic Manager, Citrix ADC…etc.

- Management of Anti‐Virus System like Symantec Endpoint protection, CrowdStrike Falcon…etc.

- Management of Symantec Endpoint protection and other Encryption/Decryption Platform.

- Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot various Network Storage like DAS, SAN and NAS.

- Technical Drawing and Documentation.

- Computer hardware & Network Troubleshooting.

- Management of Network Monitoring System : PRTG, SolarWinds & ManageEngine.

- Management of IP telephony System : Cisco & Avaya.

- Management of Inventory : Client & Server .

- Design/ Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot of Proxy Servers.

- Design/ Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot Active Directory , DNS, DHCP, Remote Access, Printing Solution, Webserver, Database Servers, IIS, Network Load balancing, FTP/SFTP, failover Cluster, Disaster Recovery...etc.

- Implement/ Manage/ Troubleshoot Microsoft office 365and MDaemon Email hosting system.

- Management of IP Address, Domain name System, SSL Certificate

- Project Management , Technical Documentation, & Training.

- Management of VEEAM Backup & Veritas Backup Solution.

- Management of Biostar Attendance System.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required

- Graduate degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication Engineering and 8+ Years of related experience in the field of Systems and Network Administration.

- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Server Platforms including 2012/2016/2019/2022. In depth

knowledge of Microsoft Licensing techniques in a virtual and physical environment.

- Expert level knowledge in Microsoft AD /DNS/DHCP, Public DNS Management and Domain Hosting.

- In depth knowledge of Cisco/Juniper/ Fortinet Firewalls and Networking in standalone and

clustered/stacked setup.

- Proven experience in implementing and supporting VMware / Hyper V Virtualization in a highly

available environment with iSCSI Storage and all aspects of Managed/Un‐Managed Co‐location Datacenter setup.

- Can demonstrate experience in laptop and desktop builds and support.

- Proven experience in Microsoft Azure and AWS.

- Proven experience with VEEAM Replication & Veritas Backup Solution.

- ITIL skills with an understanding of incident, problem and change management Process.

- Has experience of SLA’s and use to working to meet targets and deadlines.

- Experience of working in multi‐disciplined teams, including external suppliers and contractors, to provide effective support.

- Excellent written & spoken English & interpersonal communication.
