IT Engineer Required in Dubai

We are looking for an IT Engineer to maintain and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Design and implement processes for ensuring efficient IT operations in an organization.
Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications.
Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.
Respond and resolve technical support calls from staff members and communicate how to resolve issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
Troubleshoot/analyse computer systems to identify and eliminate performance bugs and hardware malfunction.
Configure and install various network devices and services like routers, switches, firewall, VPN etc.
Oversee the maintenance or replacement of computer units, printers and / or other technological components.
Ensure the security of an organization’s IT database by performing backups and updating security protocol.
Implement network support systems to enhance IT operations in an organization.
Install and configure IT systems such as local area networks and wide area networks.
Installation of windows, Software & Solving software issues in liaison with software suppliers, ensuring 100% work efficiency.
Analyse networking issues if any, maintaining the network protocol within the organization.
Conduct inspections to ensure IT systems and equipment are operational.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field, preferably UAE based.
BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
Excellent knowledge in LAN/WAN, Cisco Technologies, Firewall, VPN, PBAX and patch management
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Email domain management
Knowledge in security protocols, IT systems, networking infrastructures and database systems
Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting - Desktops/laptops/networks.
Server Management - Cloud
Advanced computer proficiency in MS Office applications and Microsoft 365 email
Excellent communication skill
