Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversees the administration and maintenance of IT Infrastructure
Assists in planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting IT infrastructure
Ensures alignment of IT strategy with business requirements and the selection of technology platforms
Maintains IT policies, procedures and standards to govern, and guide operations, and ensure proper implementation at all times
Implement network security at the company level as established by corporate security policy
Interacts with users on all levels to help resolve IT related issues and provides solutions in a timely manner
Infrastructure yearly budget forecast planning
manages the purchase of all software, hardware and other IT supplies, and ensure they are maintained responsibly
Communicates effectively with users to identity needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
