The IT Applications Supervisor is responsible for the administration & control of PF IT applications ; including requirements analysis, Software recommendation, acquisition, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, development, database administration, monitoring and training as per PF rules and regulations to ensure full performance of all adopted PF applications at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements :

Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field

Certificates:

Essential:

MS SQL Server DBA

Oracle DBA

MS Access

Desirable:

SAP Certification

Visual Studio Development

ITIL Certification

Project Management

Experience & Knowledge:

Essential: 6-9 years working experience in a large IT Dept, preferably in the same role

MS SQL Server DBA
Oracle DBA
MS Access DBA and Development Knowledge
Sharepoint Administration
Working knowledge of operating systems
Proven and demonstrable ability of scripting for automating repetitive tasks
Knowledge of application servers
Knowledge of software configuration, build and deployment tools
Knowledge of relational database systems is desirable, preferably SAP
Knowledge of server hardware, networking and security is desirable

Desirable: Aviation Systems Experience

Skills:

Essential: Advanced level of English language communication

Desirable: Arabic language written and oral skills
