Inventory/Logistics Coordinator - Dubai

Technostream is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory/Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team in Dubai, UAE. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and efficient inventory and logistics operations while supporting cross-functional departments with timely and accurate material handling.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and a solid background in managing storekeeping functions, especially in the UAE's logistics environment. You'll be responsible for tracking stock movements, coordinating shipments, and ensuring materials are accurately recorded and handled in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal logistics and manage the clearance process for import/export shipments
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials according to standard procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records, whether on paper or digital systems
• Issue stock items based on approved requisitions and ensure proper documentation
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical counts to ensure accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels consistently and report shortages to the relevant departments
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement within the storage area
• Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure inventory flow
Requirements:
• Previous experience in warehouse or storekeeping positions in the UAE, including familiarity with free zone regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities
• Sound knowledge of inventory systems and practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high attention to detail
