Inventory Controller - Dubai

We’re Hiring – Inventory Controller (1–2 Years Experience)
We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Controller to join our operations team based in Ras Al Khor Industrial 1, Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on inventory or warehouse experience who can maintain accurate stock records and help streamline inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across the warehouse network.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any variances between physical stock and system records.
• Generate, maintain and present accurate inventory reports and records.
• Coordinate daily with procurement and warehouse teams to manage receipts, transfers and dispatches.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures related to stock control.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems/WMS.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and numeric accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
