Hiring Internal Auditor with Home Care Quality Assurance Experience
Position: Internal Auditor
Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Audits: Assess the effectiveness and compliance of our home care services with quality assurance standards.
• Evaluate Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and procedures.
• Review Client Records: Evaluate home care client records, care plans, and service delivery processes to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with QA Team: Work closely with the quality assurance team to monitor, evaluate, and enhance operational performance.
• Prepare Audit Reports: Provide detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
• Assist in Audit Planning: Contribute to the development of audit plans, risk assessments, and internal controls specific to the home care sector.
• Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry regulations and trends affecting quality assurance in home care services.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Proven experience as an Internal Auditor, preferably in home care or healthcare-related quality assurance.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of internal auditing practices, compliance regulations, and risk management in the home care industry.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify gaps in processes and procedures.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Certifications: Certification in Internal Auditing (CIA) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jawdah, Tasneef, and DOH Audit compliance is highly desirable.
