Interior Designer Required in Dubai

Requirements:

- Good in English and Arabic

- 2 years of min experience

Key responsibilities:

-Accepting at the beginning to do some technical work specially when the projects are few, till the staff hiring steps are taken or freelancers are selected, till the workload is clear, till the projects forecast can be done in terms of needed hours to deliver the project.

-Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.

-Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.

-Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.

-Revising all the technical drawings before submission and supervising the whole process.

-Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.

-Follow up with suppliers.

-Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.

-Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.

-Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.

-Presents designs to clients in order to ensure satisfaction and makes revisions as necessary.

-Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.

-Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.

-Responsible for the final package of the drawings.

-Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

-Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements

-Responsible for final specifications, approval of ordered materials.

-Negotiate fees and set schedules for the project

-Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.

• Successful previous experience in Real estate.

Requirements:

Female Candidates (Syria, Lebanon & Jordan nationalities)

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architect.

Portfolio of design work.

2 years min experience with computational design.

Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, 3ds max is a must.

Location: Fujairah UAE

Job Location: Mainly based in Fujairah office, United Arab of Emirates. May require customer meeting visits to other branches in United Arab of Emirates.
