INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking for a full-time super creative instructional designer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing online training content in Arabic & English languages.

‘Must-have’ Knowledge and Skills:

- BA/BS or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proved knowledge of instructional design techniques & strategies.
- Ability to analyze content and propose different design & delivery approaches.
- Work confidently and collaborate with SMEs.
- Professional high-end client interaction.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Expertise in creating dynamic learning activities, assessments, and compelling course content.
- A background in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform detailed work accurately with strong attention to details.
- Ability to work independently whilst coping with tight deadlines.
- Multi-tasking team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is a must.
