Information Technology Support Engineer Required in Dubai

Madison Pearl have been mandated to recruit an experienced IT Support Engineer for a top tier international law firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide high level IT Support to the local office and will work closely with neighbouring offices ensuring the provision and support of office and home-based IT hardware. This is a unique opportunity to further your career in IT Management & IT Infrastructure with a global leader in it's field.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high end IT hardware and IT application Support to the local office.
Manage IT Hardware and the delivery of technical support services to agreed SLAs.
Support the firms technical infrastructure along side operational functions teams.
Provide 1st line application support including problem identification, analysis, diagnosis and resolution/escalation as required.
Build an expert level knowledge of all business applications.
Source all office and home office IT equipment and cabling
Use ServiceNow to for queue taking and to log all requests whilst ensuring that all key information is recorded.
Provide training on business applications to staff
Maintenance of Asset DB
Work closely with neighbouring offices

Key Requirements

Experience working in a top tier law firm or financial institution or another corporate entity as an IT Support Engineer is required.
Alongside the technical expertise that is required you will also possess excellent client / customer / stakeholder management and communication experience.
Strong ITIL knowledge and experience is desired
Must have the ability to physically handle IT equipment.
Excellent English is required.
