Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent IT services to our organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex issues as needed.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an IT department.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and IT best practices.
Pre- opening experience.
Familiar with Opera, Symphony & inventory system.
CCNA Certification.
