IT Specialist Responsibilities:

Installing new software and hardware components.
Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
Assisting with network administration tasks.
Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
Manage and support mobile device servers to allow for email setup and security to mobile devices in the field.
Test and integrate iPhone/Android and iPad apps for the office (VPN, MDM).
Utilize remote diagnosis tools to troubleshoot and provide possible resolution on all support issues.
Install iOS/Android and proprietary company applications and provide helpdesk support for mobile devices
