Information Technology Executive Required in Dubai

Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of the IT systems within the limits of costs and timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

1- Provide helpdesk services to end users for general support issues.

2- CCTV, Database, Firewall, switches and server Backups, maintenance, and storage check.

3- Administration of MS 365, Antivirus, domains and other cloud or on-premise solutions.

4- Printer and hardware maintenance and support.

5- Support all Bidfood ME branches.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in IT support role, Business application support is a must, ERP support experience is a plus

Qualifications

1- Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS or related fields.

2- Driving license is required.

3- Ability to handle multiple support request both physically and remotely.
