Responsibilities

Identify and manage the demand and technical requirements of Information Technology services
Manage the development of the IT services in line with the IT Strategy
Oversee implementation of smart services according to IT policies and procedures including IT security
Manage the smart services and delivery, including service catalogue, service levels and supply commitment
Manage the IT infrastructure and Operations systems and services and delivery, including service catalogue, service levels and supply commitment
Prepare periodic reports on the effectiveness and performance of the sector’s systems and smart services
Lead the implementation of the information security’s latest applications and systems implementation
Develop and monitor the IT policies and standards and ensure quality control in collaboration with the other relevant departments
Implement the government's IT strategy in coordination with the relevant government authorities related to information technology
Identify the technical programs, systems and operational needs, and enhance the electronic connectivity according to the e-government requirements and the Organization's strategy
Ensure the readiness and security of all technical operating systems and follow up on their performance in coordination with the other relevant departments
Provide technical support services to all departments in the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, A Master Degree is a preference
9+ years' of experience in the IT field
Strong communication and analytical skills
