Information Technology Administrator Required in Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install and configure hardware
Set up accounts and workstations
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
Discuss system and server upgrades with IT managers.
Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
Troubleshooting system errors.
Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.
Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.
Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
Requirement:

Background in IT or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in the administration of a network of servers, desktop systems and communication devices
Proven work experience as a google workspace administrator is a must
Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred.
Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup in google workspace.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good analytical and communication skills.
SAP IT working knowledge is a must
