Primarily responsible for the installation and maintenance of IP CCTV systems and assisting Information Systems during daily operations.
Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures. Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, specify, configure, and install digital CCTV systems.
• Smart control, access point, access station, beacon scanner, location tracking, PA Speaker, telephone configuration, camera IP configuration
• PTT (Push To Talk) configuration. Wi-Fi, Ruijie Ap installation, CCTV monitoring
• Maintenance, camera repair and adjustment
• Ruijie Ap 8 port switch, server rack installation, RJ45 out door use, RJ 45A indoor use
• Maintain and upgrade existing digital CCTV systems as needed.
• Support users of CCTV system.
• Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems.
• Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets.
• Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
• Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware related issues.
• Meet with Loss Prevention and Supervisors daily to receive areas of concentration and special assignments.
• Perform all delegated tasks assigned by Loss Prevention and Information Services management.
• Adhere to Corporate standards as stated in departmental training manual.
• Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
• Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs
• Run computer cables, connect computer jacks and plugs and test for adequate operation
• Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans
