Objectives of this Role

Maintain, create, and implement employee policies and procedures utilizing HR documentation systems
Maintain personnel data and change workflows across all internal and connected external systems, including candidate management, new hire onboarding, and organizational change management.
Responsible for data/file management processes linked to the hiring and firing of staff across all relevant databases
Participate in the design, configuration, and communication efforts associated with the ongoing and yearly enrollment process, program, and performance
Seek to consistently uncover, enhance, and automate existing procedures to enhance the administration and accessibility of essential analytical data

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

Oversee all new hire orientation activities including the scheduling and production of new hire materials, supervising checklists for all needed tasks required to onboard new employees and consultants.
Assist personnel with HR-related matters, including salary, benefits, rewards and recognition, vacation, disciplinary action, and resolving problems.
Create and maintain HR records and personnel files in line with applicable rules and regulations, supply information about organizational transformation for charts and presentations
Take part in HR technology groups and forums, as well as attend vendor webinars, in order to be current on software features and expanded functionality.
Collaborate closely with payroll and other departments, employing the utmost care while handling sensitive information

Skills and Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in HR
At least three years of experience in HR or recruitment
Outstanding communication, writing, interpersonal, and ethical approach
Capable of problem-solving and resolving conflicts
Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and processes
Proficiency with HR software and competence with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

HR experience
Attention to detail and organizational aptitude
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus
Understanding UAE labor law
