As a Human Resources Specialist you are working with the most valuable asset our company has - our Team Members, Our People. You are responsible for our Team Members experience, their effectiveness and development as well as their efficiency and compliance.

You are responsible for the full lifecycle of our Team Members - from recruiting and on-boarding, through company benefits administration, learning & development, team culture, performance evaluation, and company policies to off boarding. All these stages have to be carefully designed and executed to ensure maximum Team Members satisfaction.
You will develop and optimize policies, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance evaluation and team culture.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Develop, drive, and manage a wide range of People & Culture functions (on boarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and change management).
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Other duties assigned by your direct manager
Provide advice and counsel to managers (both proactively and reactively), and work directly with managers and employees to assist them in resolving issues, plan for successors
Help develop our team across the board to be better managers and colleagues.
Foster and grow a high-performance organizational culture.
What You Need
Qualification and Experience
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5 years working experience as HR Specialist.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE labour law and HR best practices.
Experience building a culture within a team.
Competencies
People oriented and results driven.
Self-starter with a deep understanding of foundational HR.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge and experience of recruiting best practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively, empathetically and courteously with all levels of employees and management.
Strong emotional intelligence, communication and presentation skills.
Able to design systems and processes.
