Human Resources Operations Specialist Requited in Dubai

HR Policy and Procedures

Participate in collecting and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of HR tools and policies for continuous improvement purposes.
Assist departments in implementing HR processes, such as: recruitment, performance management … etc. in coordination with HRBP.
Support the business unit in internal and external HR audits to ensure HR policy and procedures are followed in all cases, reporting on areas of concern.
Support in the closure of audit observations identified, reporting on progress

HR Administrative Support

Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests, following up on fulfilling Departmental requests.
Contribute to the implementation of HR tools and policies to improve engagement rates with Departments.
Support in promoting a favourable HR image within the Company through contributing to the conception and roll out of HR activities and programs.
Support in maintaining both hard and digital copies of employees' requests/transactions through the used channels, such as: emails and HR help desk.
Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly.
Coordinating with External agencies regarding medical insurance. Visa processing and any business-related travel.
Act as asset controller of all properties of the company.
Act as the point person of our employees with their inquiries and office requirements.
Arranging of onboarding kit and making sure that laptop, desk and other materials prior the joining of employees are prepared ahead of time.

Person Specification

At least 5 years of experience of Human Resources
Educational Qualifications
Human Resources or Business Administration, CIPD preferred

Technical Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of HR policies, UAE laws, and practices.
Basic knowledge of talent acquisition and talent development.
Basic knowledge of performance management and employee relations.

Other Requirements

Experience in the use of HR systems and Data analytics.
Knowledge of workforce and succession Planning.
Knowledge of rewards management.
Experience with TECH START UP IS A MUST.

Language

Expert communication skills in English and CHINESE is advantage.
