Please Note - This Position is open for only Experienced HR Person working with Dubai Real Estate Brokerage Industry.

The ideal candidate should be from Dubai Real Estate Background and will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Recruitment of Real Estate Consultants
Employee Engagement
Payroll Management
On-boarding of Employees
Conducting Relevent Trainings to Improve Employee Skills
Be an Active partner and Representative of the Organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2+ years' experience in Human Resources in Dubai Real Estate
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
