Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

Our client is a private company and they are looking for an HR Manager (UAE National with Family Book) to join the team in Dubai.

Implement HR polices, procedures and best practices
Monitor and manage HR service delivery
Manage talent management practices, including selection and succession planning
Manage the overall business unit employee engagement, including diversity and inclusion
Drive and support workforce planning
Lead and manage the people in the Human Resource Department
Monitor and manage the government relations and related legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of 360 HR experience with 4 years of management experience
Relevant bachelor’s degree
UAE National with Family Book

Salary: 30-40k AED
