Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

To lead and enhance all Human Resources practices, policies and procedures in order to achieve the company strategy while promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.

Key Tasks:

Advises management and department heads on HR related matters by supporting & coaching them to ensure strategies and initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Sets performance targets for HR Team members
Sets the annual HR Budget
Oversees the activities of the talent acquisition team to make sure they are aligned with the set annual strategy and that a talent pool of the right caliber is available.
Designs and implements local HR policies and procedures in line with corporate strategy.
Puts in place the right compensation and benefits schemes and systems
Liaises with Insurance company or broker to ensure employees are having the right coverage on time with a good service
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in terms of Government relations matters.
