Seeking an experienced HR Manager to work in a diverse operational HR role within a creative environment. Responsibilities will include HR Operations and Administration Functions such as:

• Providing guidance to management

• Employee relations

• Comps & bens

• Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding

• HR Project Management - local and international

• L&D, talent management/talent pooling

• General Admin

• Office Management

• Facilities

• Budget management

To be shortlisted, you must be located in the UAE with local labour law experience, ideally educated to degree level or with a recognised HR qualification. You will have experience within a HR management role and be confident and able to guide a strong leadership team. Additionally, you will have a very high level of communication in English both written and verbally.
