About Us:

Having begun our journey in 2017 with our very first gourmet and specialty coffee outlet, we have been expanding rapidly and making an impact in the UAE’s hospitality scene as a whole with a variety of hospitality concepts on the way.

What we are looking for:

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University, fully CIPD qualified. 5 to 8 years of HR Management experience in F&B, preferably with an international hospitality company. Experience working in a generalist HR department ideally as a HR Manager. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to shape narratives and public messages, outstanding inter-personal skills, ability to consistently meet deadlines.

Ensure all new employees receive due training and orientation, assist the team in ensuring and establishing training standards across the company. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Experience across various departments in Human Resources
Experience in F&B
Proven knowledge and ability to execute up-to-date legal HR requirements and processes necessary to handle recruitment, appraisal, employment visa processing, termination, legalities and other cases.
Expertise with processing of payroll requirements through the whole fiscal year.
Managing confidential information flow from shareholders, point contact between company executives, employees and clients.
Overseeing the performance of other clerical and administrative staff.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Goal and structure and strategy setting and execution.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
