Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

Our client, a very successful music company are looking for an HR Generalist to join their expanding team.

We are looking for a confident candidate who has around 5 years experience in a similar role.

Currently there is an HR assistant and a Recruiter but there needs to be more structure to the department hence this position.

Responsibilities will include

Implementation of new policies and procedures
Assisting in Talen acquisition and the recruitment process
Conducting employee onboarding and help organizing training & development initiatives
Maintaining employee files and records
Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Candidates for this role should have good knowledge of the UAE labour Law and have job experience in HR from UAE. We are looking for a fluent English speaker who has fluency in Russian as well. Should have great people skills and an aptitude in problem solving.
