Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

As an HR Manager, you will develop and implement strategies and processes to manage the company’s workforce. The HR Manager will take ownership of all HR processes, from recruitment to people development. Because of the high-growth status of the firm, you can expect long hours and will be encouraged to anticipate and problem-solve HR matters as the business scales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
Manage development and promotion processes.
Manage any paperwork relating to HR matters (contracting, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
Understanding of HR duties payroll, policies, etc.
Work flexibly with Singapore team.
Support senior leadership in HR-related decision-making.
Maintain compliance in immigration and legal matters relating to HR, including keeping files and logs up to date, conducting right-to-work checks, and liaising with legal counsel as required.
Manage confidential information in a professional and trustworthy way.
Strong rhetoric in writing and/or speaking, complemented by very articulate use of English and Arabic (verbal and written)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

5+ years’ experience in HR-related functions.
Qualification in Human Resource Management.
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, CIPD, psychology or a related field.
Knowledge of HR best practices and UAE employment law.
