Responsibilities

Assist in drafting policies and workflows for the company.
Responsible for managing the 90 day evaluation program and maintaining data and presenting trends.
Ensure we comply to the DMCC rules and regulations and application of visas and permits and necessary portal upkeep as required.
Upkeep and maintenance of the Iraqi Visas. And Related actions.
Ensuring the Performance Management and Evaluation Program is executed companywide on an annual basis and every employee who completed 12 months of service receives a report. Analyze trends and analyze data.
Assist in drafting HR Responses for the RFP’S, Bids, and Costing Summary.
Designing tools and trackers to monitor the performance of the various HR Functions.
Other ad hoc roles and responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree related to Human Resources
4+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-cultural team.
Ability to listen, question when uncertain and understand what is required to achieve the overall goal.
Effective time management, prioritize workload effectively and ability to meet deadlines.
Should be organized, confident and willing to learn new skills.
