We are searching for a resourceful and compassionate HR Executive with experience in recruiting healthcare professionals to fulfill our hiring needs by recruiting within UAE as well as outside UAE depending upon the client's requirement. Should have thorough knowledge about the DOH/MOH/DHA licensing activities. The executive recruiter will be required to advertise job postings, gather applications, and headhunt prospective employees.

To be successful as an executive recruiter, you should be able to streamline the recruiting process to ensure that suitable candidates are appointed within the appropriate time frames.

Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Identify recruitment sources, networking leads, social media, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
Recruiting directly from the Philippines and other countries upon client requirement.
Coordinate client & candidate relationships, deliver solutions in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.

Requirements:

Extensive recruitment experience mainly in recruiting doctors and nurses both inside and outside of UAE.
Highly organized and thorough knowledge of the various procedures for recruiting candidates from other countries.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Committed to furthering our company's reach.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR recruitment for healthcare.
Should have experience in healthcare licensing and license conversion process.

Location- Dubai

Salary- Negotiable, depending on experience & Qualification.
