Human Resources Director - Lifesciences/FMCG Required in Dubai

Our Client, a Multinational Lifesciences company are currently looking to hire a HR Director to assist the growth and expansion of their Dubai operations.

The position will oversee all HR activities for the group in multiple Middle East locations.

Responsibilities include:

Management of all HR strategy and operations for the business, covering UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Lebanon, Cairo
Reporting to the CEO you will advise on all key HR driven decisions
Support the effective set up of multiple offices (KSA, UAE, Cairo) and manage the HR for the existing location
Manage the wider HR team in geographies Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following:

Must have relevant experience as an HR Director
Must have experience within professional services
Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, French would be an added advantage
Must be flexible and understand start-up environments
Must ALSO have previous experience with working with a Multinational company
Lifesciences, Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience also required
