HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

Developing relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
Influencing and managing key stakeholder relationships
Acting as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing best practice
Improve business efficiency.
Developing the HR agenda.
Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Evaluating staffing needs.
Overseeing recruitment efforts.
Managing and allocating HR funds.
Engaging with heads of department.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Proactive nature.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to details.
Highly organised.
Good people skills.

-> 5 to 10 years minimum experience as senior level.

-> Certification from an internationally recognised body e.g. CIPD/SHRM

-> Bachelor or master’s in Human Resources Management.
