Human Resources Business Partner Required in Dubai

As an HR BP, you will partner with the CPO & CTO to drive employee engagement, assisting a small HR team to deliver the HR strategy across your region.

Non-negotiables

HR Management level experience within the Tech industry, business partnering a large engineering team or similar.
6 years of HR generalist experience.
Experience of working in a global business environment.
Fully knowledgeable of Palestine employment law.
Ability to influence & manage at all levels.
A ‘go-getter’, easily self motivated and driven to continuously improve.

Role Responsibilities

Develop a deep and up to date understanding of assigned region/function in order to align HR strategy and tactics to business performance and needs
Implement organisational structures that improve individual and organisational performance
Consult with, and support, leaders to deliver on their people goals
Identify and support retention and development of High Performers and High Potential colleagues within assigned region/function
Align High Potential population to Succession Plans, identifying where gaps exist and propose strategies to remediate
Partner with regional leadership and Finance to contribute to forward year planning process and ensure that HR has plans to deliver on required business outcomes which are achievable and budgeted
Ensure that existing benefits offerings are properly understood and documented
Ensure annual benefits reviews to constantly improve the market competitiveness of benefits offerings
Partner with the assigned region/function on proposed compensation changes to ensure compliance with policy, salary structures and current financial directives
Advise leaders on strategies to grow talent and develop technical capability pipelines for the assigned region
Drive and support change that enables the organisation to thrive including management of change management planning and activities
