The ideal candidate will have experience working as an HR Business Partner in UAE

Its a combination of HRBP & Talent Acquisition role

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Manpower Budgeting & Planning
Performance Management & Rewards
Drive talent development initiatives like talent review, IDPs, Developmental programs, career progression, etc. for territory
Employee Engagement
Plan & execute an annual employee engagement calendar.
Design & Implement employee engagement initiatives and support all employee welfare activities in line with corporate HR
Employee Relations/HR Operations:
Resolves escalated employee grievances, employee relations issues, and complaints and conducts investigations in compliance with legal requirements
Responds to employee queries and requests with regard to employee letters, HR policies, career development, and personal issues as necessary.

Qualifications

Mater's degree in HR
4 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR
