Parisima Talent is looking to hire for one of our reputable clients in Hospitality.

Position: HR Assistant

Job Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 5,500

Job summary: To assist in administrative function at Human Resources Department, ensuring all operating practices and procedures are carried out in a timely manner.

Job responsibility:

Leave

Collect and enter annual Leave application forms into SAP.
Maintain the hard copy of the leave application in the box File.
To update the leave applications excel sheet.
Send leave quota to all department per quarter.
Ticket Booking

Book ticket online for annual and emergency leave.
Prepare summary of ticket purchased and submit to accounts.
After the approval of Summary, post the tickets of the individual in SAP
Consolidate the Flight Encashment Forms and prepare the report.
Probation

Maintaining records on probation completions / extensions.
Sending out memos to Department Heads for confirmation.
Following up on memos not received.
Preparing probation completion / extension letters
Updating the same in the month end report.
Training need analysis copy to be handed over to training department.
Various Letters

Preparing Various Letters (Increments, Promotions, Transfers, Spot Rewards).
Preparing the Resignation Acceptance Letter and the necessary documents for the Security Clearance.
Updating the month end report.

Miscellaneous:

Assisting in organizing Service awards presentation and Annual staff party, sporting events.
Collecting and Preparing Customer Feedback Forms on monthly basis.
Maintain the living out allowance list.
Administrating the HR Birthday.
Warning letters/file
All additional filings for annual code of conduct, annual appraisal and JD’s

Job specifications:

· Very Good excel knowledge.

· 1-to-2-years’ experience as HR Admin / HR Executive.

· Good command over English Language
