WeConnect Energy is seeking a highly skilled HSE Trainer to lead safety training initiatives for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on promoting a safety-first culture, driving behavioral change, and ensuring workforce compliance with UAE HSE regulations and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage HSE training and development programs across site-based teams.
• Design and deliver interactive training sessions that engage employees and promote compliance.
• Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment with UAE safety regulations and international standards.
• Promote behavioral change and encourage a proactive approach to health, safety, and environment practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven track record in delivering HSE training to large, site-based teams.
• Strong professional background in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Certified in NEBOSH / IOSH; additional ISO or OSHA certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of UAE safety regulations and compliance requirements.
