Requirements: The HSE Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all health, safety, and environmental activities across the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, promotes a safe working culture, and drives continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Company-Wide HSE Oversight: Lead and coordinate all HSE initiatives across departments, sites, and projects.
▪️ Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies in line with local laws and international standards.
▪️ Training & Induction: Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing HSE training for employees and contractors.
▪️ Incident Management: Investigate accidents and near-misses, report findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
▪️ Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
▪️ Emergency Preparedness: Maintain and test emergency response plans and procedures.
▪️ Environmental Monitoring: Ensure proper waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices.
▪️ Reporting: Prepare monthly HSE reports for management, including KPIs, incident statistics, and improvement plans.
▪️ Contractor HSE Coordination: Ensure third-party vendors and contractors meet company HSE standards.
▪️ Culture Building: Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and employee engagement.
