HR/Office Administrator (Arabic Speaking)
Salary : AED 7,000
Location: Abu Dhabi
• Candidates with a Bachelors degree with more than 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Payroll, Budgeting and Administrative works
• Experience in Recruitment and onboarding process
• Managing end to end processing from sourcing to onboarding of candidates to fill the open positions.
• Candidate should be responsible for finding best suitable candidates as per the requirement.
• Candidate shall assist in a variety of back office administration jobs, including assistance in the timesheet management, leave management, budgeting in order to ensure on-going administrative support.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR principles
• Accounting knowledge for budgeting and financial report preparation
• Assisting in preparation of budget and maintaining the financial records
• Assisting in preparation of payroll and EOSB
