HR Strategy Analyst Required in Dubai

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To participate in the development of a HR Strategy based on identified improvement areas as an outcome of diagnostics and HR process reviews and support the implementation HR transformation projects that drive organizational success. Take an active role in the setup of an HR Analytics function and ensure the implementation of data management, governance and management practices.

As a part of this challenging role you will specifically be responsible for:

HR Strategy & Organizational Excellence

Participate in the identification of opportunities for performance improvement through undertaking internal diagnosis, and process/system reviews to understand barriers and possible solutions​ to ensure the development of a comprehensive HR strategy that is aligned to the organization’s strategy.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the HR function strategy by providing relevant input and by translating it into plans and actions.
Support initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, valuing learning, continuous improvement, and diversity, and outline their corresponding parameters to ensure effective preparation for their implementation.

HR Analytics

Partner with HR Function teams to support ongoing operational analytics efforts
Use innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure the success of HR programs and initiatives
Review and report on performance by utilizing business intelligence and other decision support tools.
Conduct benchmarking research of HR best practices with similar organizations to identify best practices applicable to TAQA and recommend improvements.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Statistics or any other related field.
Knowledge/Experience of PowerBI and Tableau
4-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management with a focus on HR Strategy, HR Transformation
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics
