Job Description
• Develop, advise on, and implement the company policies.
• Coordinate and administer employee programs, including benefits, compensation, and workplace safety.
• Manage staffing logistics, including managing job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Assist with employee relations issues such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR specialist or HR generalist.
• Detailed knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degrees in Human Resources or related fields and HR certifications may be preferred.
