Role Highlights:
• Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks.
• Managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management.
• Address employee queries and concerns.
• Manage conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Administer payroll and manage employee benefits.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in UAE is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong understanding on UAE Labour Law and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
