HR Senior Specialist - Freelancer Required in Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop HR internal policies and processes in alignment with the laws and regulations.
Develop a technical and behavioral competency framework.
Develop and execute training needs analysis, and identify annual training requirements based on job and induvial requirements.
Develop and execute succession plans, and individual development plans.
Manage employee engagement and wellbeing activities and initiatives.
Develop and prepare HR reports, presentations … etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor’ degree in Business Management or Human Resources or equivalent.
7+ years in HR role.
CIPD or equal certification.
Bilingual (Arabic & English).
Working experience in AD government is preferable.

Skills:

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Effective Communication Skills.
