HR Professional Required in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our company in Dubai. The HR Professional will play a crucial role in managing the company's human resources functions (12 employees), ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Manage the employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Administer and maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee benefits, compensation, and career development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Manage employee disciplinary and grievance processes, promoting fair and consistent outcomes.
Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure the company's HR practices remain current and effective.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR department in UAE
Fluent in Russian language (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Proficient in using HR-related software and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
