Role Description

This is a full-time HR Manager role for a Russian speaker only. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the HR functions of the organization, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and overseeing employee recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training and development. This is an on-site role located in Dubai.

Qualifications

Fluent in Russian and English
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the real estate industry
Thorough understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training and development
Experience in managing and resolving employee disputes and conflicts
Certifications such as PHR or SPHR are a plus

Salary range - 7,000 - 8,000 AED
