VICC is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager / HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead HR operations in our construction projects across Dubai. This role requires a professional who can bridge management and employees, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month
Shift: Morning | Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 7 Years
Job Overview:
VICC is looking for a highly experienced HR professional with construction industry expertise to lead HR operations, enforce compliance, and drive employee engagement initiatives. This position plays a key role in organizational success by aligning HR functions with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Oversee onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning
Implement performance management systems and HR policies
Advise management on workforce optimization and talent retention
⚖️ Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Act as a consultative partner for leadership and project teams
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s / HR certifications = advantage)
Proven experience as HR Manager / HRBP in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and compliance expertise
Key skills: Talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, succession planning, change management, leadership, and negotiation
